Sometimes a little extra help is required after a hospital stay. Oxley Home Care can assist you with your transition back to your home including transport, shopping, bed making, housekeeping and laundry. Programs are individually tailored to meet your specific needs over the first 6 to 12 weeks following hospital discharge.
We offer an extensive range of home care services ranging from specialised in-home nursing to long-term support and care for people of all ages.
A Care Coordinator is able to visit you in hospital, and in conjunction with hospital and family members can plan support services for your return home. Services may including assistance with showering and dressing, meal preparation, domestic tasks, transportation and shopping services. These services can be provided up to 7 days per week and can be reduced as you become more independent. Oxley Home Care can also arrange other services including equipment hire, meal delivery, gardening services, and other allied health services including physiotherapy and occupational therapy.
