Mary and Jim are retired. Jim suffers from a lower back problem and arthritis but otherwise they are in good health. Jim plays golf three times a week and Mary plays tennis twice a week. They are both very active within the local community. They have a large circle of friends and are currently planning their next group caravan trip.  18 months ago Jim asked Oxley Home Care to assist with a monthly gardening and lawn mowing service to avoid hurting his back.  We were also asked to assist Mary with a weekly domestic service. Last year their caravan trip took them to Adelaide and whilst they were away we retained the services and made sure the home was secure and looked after in their absence.
