- Identifying, reporting, investigating and resolving all complaints and process errors and taking action to prevent recurrence.
- Establishing, reviewing and communicating performance measures and taking action to improve outcomes.
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality performance of service delivery team and implementing effective communication with all stakeholders on quality and compliance issues.
Oxley Home has developed through a continuous focus on the provision of quality services. We have committed to recognition of our Quality Management System through certification ISO 9001 and are working hard to get this process completed by November 2010
